ABOUT

Jason earned his undergraduate degree in Pre-Law from Campbell University. He then went on to graduate from UNC School of Law. Prior to entering private practice, Jason spent several years in criminal law as an Assistant District Attorney with the Orange County District Attorney's office. Jason's practice is now primarily in family law, representing clients with matters related to separation, divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, distribution of marital property and debt, and domestic violence. Jason also represents clients in matters of termination of parental rights.

Jason is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the North Carolina Bar Association. He is skilled in deescalating contentious family matters and provides his clients with his undivided attention and empathy
